Being in the Now

16:38

One of the biggest challenges in today’s world is that we are so busy in our minds and lives – and don’t have  enough time and space to fully experience and process life.  This room will take you away from overstimulation and overwhelm..  .. and help you more fully live, experience and enjoy being in the ‘now’.

We recommend you listen to this recording when you have 20 minutes to give it your full attention – either sitting quietly or going for a gentle walk in nature.
